“Do you guarantee results?”

This is not the norm... if we think your reel will benefit from me or a team member to be in it, we’ll reach out and ask for permission first. We’d also discuss this in your onboarding.

If you require people in your reels then there is an extra charge for talent so let us know when you apply.

“Do you offer private coaching?”

I have limited spaces for coaching, and occasionally offer VIP days for this. Email me at info@thesocialimpact.com.au and tell me more about what you’ve got in mind!

“What happens after I apply?”

We will review your application and if we think you’re the right fit, we’ll send you over the contract and invoice to get started. Heads up — we have got a bit of a waiting list at the moment, more on that below...

“Can I use the reels for paid ads?”

You sure can! We’ll give you the final reels in both “finished” format and RAW format so you can repurpose them to your heart’s content.

“Do you guarantee results?”

We’re completely results-driven (read: a little bit obsessed with ‘em!) and our clients see a consistent increase in reach, engagement, and sales.

Do we guarantee them? No. And I would seriously question anyone who does guarantee results in marketing, #smellslikebromarketers

“Can I apply if I’m a service-based business?”

Yes, absolutely. But since you can’t put yourself in the post, we recommend you select our Lite package!

“Can you shoot the reels in person?”

Oooh, this sounds fun! We have been known to hop on planes for shoots when it makes sense for your business strategy but there are additional costs for travel, and it depends on our availability. 

“Is there a minimum commitment for this service?”

Yep, there’s a three-month commitment. We’re 100% results driven and you’ll need at least this much time for your strategy to start getting some traction.

“I’m worried if you work with other businesses in my industry the content won’t be original, help!”

Nah, we never run out of creative juice. And this is why it’s so good that we work as a team, we love bouncing ideas around so they’re always fresh out the box.

Your business is unique and we’ll develop a unique strategy and create based on YOUR needs and YOUR audience. They won’t be like anyone else’s, pinky promise. 

“Do I need to send you my products? And do I get them back?!”

If you pick the Reel Hero package, you need to post us your products so we can shoot them. We will keep hold of them throughout our time together. If you want us to return them at any point, we just ask for you to pay the postage.
